Energizing Liberty was founded in 2024 to promote energy independence by partnering with and equipping families, businesses, and local and state governments with the information and tools needed to become energy independent.
Energy drives human flourishing. Without energy, our society would be drastically different. Only through energy independence, whether at the homestead or state level, can we live our lives without compromise.
Our Founder
Dr. James Kring
James received his PhD in physics from Auburn University, where he specialized in Plasma Physics with a focus on diagnostic development and calibration for nuclear fusion reactors.
Professionally, he has utilized his expertise as a research engineer in the consumer goods industry, where he focuses on leveraging scientific principles to enhance product performance and innovation.
While originally from Indiana, he has been residing in Alabama for the past 10 years. His family has grounded themselves in their community and never plan to leave. He and family are deeply involved in Heritage Baptist Church in Opelika, AL. Feel free to stop by and see them!
